Brows by Dr. Moore is a medical facility designed to offer the highest quality microblading, along with the safest environment for beautifying your eyebrows.
All consultations and procedures are performed by Dr. Carol Moore with a custom approach to meet each client’s individual needs. These procedures are performed in our sanitary, medical facility following usual aseptic techniques.
Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment in which we may artistically create the ideal eyebrows to compliment your own unique style and desired look. About the Doctor
Dr. Carol Moore
Dr. Carol J. Moore is a double board certified physician and surgeon specializing in foot and ankle surgery for over 25 years.
Her passion for wanting her patients to not only feel good but to look their best, has led her to expand her practice to the permanent cosmetics industry.
With her surgical experience, it was an easy transition for Dr. Moore to become a specialist in microblading.
